Jose Granja is the Managing Partner at IGCS Global, where he spearheads the strategic direction and business development efforts of the company's Industrial Gases Services division.

With a career spanning over a decade, Mr. Granja brings a wealth of experience to his role. He began his journey with Air Products in 2006 as an Operations Process Engineer, specializing in hydrogen facilities. In 2012, he relocated to Texas to lead the startup of Air Products' inaugural large-scale carbon capture facility, showcasing his versatility and leadership skills.

From 2013 to 2020, Mr. Granja held various Operations Manager positions within Air Products, overseeing the production of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon capture facilities. His tenure was marked by a commitment to operational excellence and innovation.

In 2020, Mr. Granja returned to Texas, assuming the role of Plant Manager for Goodyear Chemicals division. Drawing upon his extensive experience, he successfully managed plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

In 2022, Mr. Granja founded IGCS Global with a vision to address the industry's need for expert commissioning, startup, and operational services for industrial gases facilities. Under his leadership, IGCS Global has emerged as a trusted partner for its clients.

Mr. Granja holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, Porto, Portugal, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. His academic credentials, coupled with his hands-on experience, uniquely position him to drive success and innovation in the industrial gases sector..

Lance Lewis is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in refining, petrochemical and industrial gases sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at IGCS Global, Lance, holds a critical role in directing the company's strategic trajectory and leading business development efforts for its Industrial Gases Services division  

 
In his previous roles, Lance held key positions at leading organizations, including Air Products & Chemicals, McDermott and Lubrizol. At Air Products & Chemicals, he served as a Commissioning and Startup Engineer, overseeing critical projects such as the Gulf Coast Ammonia and Samsung Austin ventures.

His responsibilities encompassed the commissioning of various facilities, including Air Separation Units (ASU), Steam Methane Reformers (SMR), and Ammonia Synthesis Plants, demonstrating his proficiency in project management and technical expertise. 

During his tenure at McDermott, Lance demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Commissioning and Startup Manager for the renowned $20B Freeport LNG Project. In this role, he played a crucial part in overseeing the commissioning activities of the Pretreatment Facility, where his leadership and expertise were instrumental in achieving critical project milestones while maintaining a steadfast commitment to safety and performance objectives.

Lance's distinguished career also includes notable contributions as Commissioning and Startup Manager for the Servitux International Import Fuel Terminal in Tuxpan, Veracruz, Mexico. Here, he led a diverse team tasked with commissioning a cutting-edge fuel terminal, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and meeting project deliverables. These achievements underscore Lance's proven track record of success and his ability to deliver results in high-stakes, complex projects.

Throughout his career, Lance has demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and certifications in various engineering disciplines, including Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and CompTIA A+, as well as in a multitude of distributed control systems like ABB, Siemens or Allen Bradley. 

 With his extensive experience and multidisciplinary background, Lance Lewis brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industrial gases industry, driving innovation and sustainable growth for IGCS Global and its clients.
